Circle K experienced a noticeable uptick in downloads, starting at roughly 7.5K in the last week of September and peaking at around 11.5K in the last week of November. The weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from around 47K to over 54K in mid-December before declining slightly towards the end of the year.
7-Eleven Norge saw its downloads fluctuating over the quarter, with an initial decrease from nearly 2K to about 1.5K in mid-October, followed by a spike to 3.4K in early November. The weekly active users showed a gradual decline from around 4.9K at the start of the quarter to approximately 4.4K by the year's end.
Casey's had a modest presence with downloads peaking at 147 in early October and then dropping to zero by the end of December. The app's weekly active users started at 585 and saw a decline over the quarter, ending at 423.
Wawa had minimal download activity with the highest count at 23 in the last week of December. The weekly active users showed an increase from 10 to 37 by the end of the quarter.
Dollar General also had a low number of downloads, with the highest at 25 in the week of November 23. The weekly active users data was only available for three weeks, showing around 10 active users during those periods.
It's important to note that none of these apps generated revenue during this period, which indicates that their primary use case may be for enhancing the in-store experience or for loyalty programs rather than direct monetization.
